The fleur de sel we offer is collected in the sea of Crete. It is the topmost layer of salt that remains when the seawater evaporates. The salt called "Anthon of the Sea" by the Greeks is not processed and therefore it retains all the trace elements, the crystalline structure and a soft taste.

 

We recommend to add the salt to the food shortly before the end of the cooking process or to sprinkle it on the finsihed dish.
